Does ISKO Vital™ offer non-medical face covers?

Yes, all ISKO Vital™ face covers are non-medical community face covers.

  

How many times can I wash my face cover?

This depends on which face cover you have. The Premium line can be washed up to 15 times. The Supreme line face covers can be washed up to 30 times. However, you must always inspect the cover for any tears or damage or soiling that remains visible after each wash which would indicate that the product should be discarded and not reused. 

 

I am allergic to latex. Can I use the face cover?

Yes. All ISKO Vital™ face covers are latex-free. 

 

What fabrics are the face covers made of?

ISKO Vital™ face covers are made from organic cotton and are latex-free. The straps are made from elastic materials, which are latex-free.  

 

What size should I order? 

The Supreme and Premium Face Covers are available in three sizes: small, medium and large. Large is the standard size of regular, disposable face covers and will fit most adults. 

  

How do I wear the face cover?

Follow the steps below to properly wear your face cover. 

 

1. Wash your hands before putting the cover on

2. Place the nose clip over your nose.

3. Put cover straps around your ears

4. Adjust the cover to fully cover your nose, mouth and chin

5. Press down the nose clip in place

Can I wash my face cover in my washing machine?

Yes, you can. Use the cotton settings of your machine and do not use anything else other than laundry detergent during the wash. You can iron your face cover, but please do not dry clean or use bleach. Air dry your face cover in a clean environment. 

 

Can I dry clean my face cover? 

No. You can wash your face cover by hand or in the washing machine.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

That depends on the shipping address you provided while placing your order. We’ll strive to have your order ready to ship within one business day and you will receive an email once your order has left our warehouse.

How much does it cost to ship my order?

That depends on which location you would like us to ship it to. You can find the shipping cost in the last step of the checkout, after providing your shipping address. 

 



RETURNS

 

Can I return my order?

You can always return your order within 14 days after receiving your order. This is only possible if the face covers are in their sealed packaging. If you have opened the packaging of the face cover, it is not possible to return your product due to hygiene and safety reasons, unless the product has a manufacturing defect. In that case, please take a photo and contact us to return the defective product immediately so we can determine the cause of the defect. 

 

Please read our return policy before returning your order. 

 

How long does it take to process my return?

Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed. If your return is approved, you will be refunded by the payment method you have used when placing the order. You will receive your refund within 14 days after we have received your return package at our warehouse. 

 

How do I receive a refund?

Follow these steps to return your order and receive a refund. Please note that you can only return your order if the face cover are returned with their original, sealed packaging intact.
